Italian Pot Roast

Here's a hearty, delicious winter meal to add to your rotation. My mom made this growing up and now I make it for my family. As with any good roast, it has amazing flavor...but the red wine and Italian flavors set this one apart in my book! I've tried many roast recipes and this one remains my all time favorite!
